Ordering your favourite designer jewellery or luxury watch is simple. Browse our collections online, select your item, choose the correct size or variant, and click Add to Bag. Then follow the secure checkout steps to complete your purchase with your preferred payment method.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible payment options via Klarna. All transactions are secure for your safety.
Yes - we offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Klarna. Split your payments into manageable instalments while enjoying your purchase right away.
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders, save delivery details, and receive exclusive offers and updates.
Yes - enjoy free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders are dispatched quickly, with full tracking provided.
Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. You can also choose Next-Day Delivery at checkout for faster service. We’ll send tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Currently, we deliver to UK addresses only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified if international delivery becomes available.
You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply for personalised or engraved jewellery and earrings for hygiene reasons. Visit our Returns Policy for full details.
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations cannot be made, until the order is returned.

Yes - all our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from official brand partners and authorised distributors. Every piece comes with original packaging and manufacturer warranties.
Most watches and designer jewellery items come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years). Warranty details are included on the product page and in your purchase documents.
Yes - Luxe by Hugh Rice has two stores located in Hull and Beverley. We also have a sister company, Hugh Rice the Jewellers, with a flagship boutique located in Hull. Visit any of our stores to view our stunning selection of designer watches and jewellery in person.
